Whether you decide to relax on the patio and enjoy our heated pool, meet with friends at the recreation center or stroll the grounds and visit with other RVers, you will have a welcoming experience at Bay Aire!
All sites are full hookup with 30 and 50 amp service available and free access to WiFi internet. Each site has a gravel base with a concrete pad to accommodate your RV stairs. We have a propane fill station on site for your convenience. A marina and boat launch is nearby, and we have limited storage sites available for your trailer and small watercraft!

Enjoy our air conditioned clubhouse which includes a kitchen area and library as well as full bathroom facilities and newly updated laundry.
Our active social committee plans weekly activities during the fall and winter seasons including dinners, BBQs, theme parties and dances. Join the golf or bowling leagues or an organized bike excursion along the Pinellas Trail. Or just take advantage of the beautiful area and enjoy local attractions.
