Rules & Regulations

CHECK IN/OUT TIME: Check in - 1:00 p.m. Check out - 11:00 a.m. Please request a later check out time prior to departure or an extra day will be charged. Any visitors staying overnight must be registered with the office prior to their arrival and extra person charges will apply. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

GENERAL: Bay Aire in not responsible for personal injuries, damage, loss or theft of any personal property. Management reserves the right to remove guests due to an arrest or disturbance in the Park including but not limited to alcohol, drugs, loud activities or disturbing other guests.

MAIL ROOM/BACK GATE: 8:00 a.m. to dusk.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

DRESS CODE: Shoes and shirts must be worn in all enclosed buildings.

FIRES: No open fires are permitted. Gas or charcoal grills are allowed and must be attended at all times.

LAUNDRY: Laundry facilities and clothes lines are provided — no clothes lines are permitted on lots. Laundry cards can be purchased in the Park office.

PAYMENT: All accounts must be paid in advance. All rent is due within five days with an automatic penalty of $10 after five days. Fees apply to storage as well. Failure to pay on time may result in asking you to vacate the park. You will be charged a fee of $20 for any returned checks and you will no longer be allowed to pay via check.

VEHICLES/PARKING: Please stay within the posted 5 mph. Only one vehicle per site parked off the roadway. Only one vehicle through the gate at a time. No exiting from the entrance gate. Additional vehicles, including visitors, must be parked in the designated overflow/visitor lot and may be subject to a fee. Bay Aire RV Park is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or for any items stored within vehicles. Limited storage spaces are available for rent for small boats, trailers or other items. Golf carts, ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed.

PETS: All pets must be registered at check in. There is a two dog limit per unit. No livestock animals are allowed. Dogs are expected to be canine good citizens. All dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6' and never left unattended outside. Dog waste bags are provided - owners are responsible for pickup up dog waste and depositing in the Park dumpsters. Pets must sleep indoors at night. No pets are allowed in the clubhouse, the pool area, the bathrooms/laundry area or the social/common area when activities are in progress. We reserve the right to refuse or remove guests with dogs that do not comply with our Rules & Regulations or have a history of aggressive behavior and biting.

SMOKING: Smoking is allowed at your site or the designated smoking area at the clubhouse. The remainder of the Park is smoke free including all enclosed buildings and the pool area. Please dispose of your cigarettes safely.

POOL: 10:00 a.m. to dusk. The pool will be closed for safety during storms. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a person over 18. Bathing suits are required no cutoffs or other attire is allowed. No wet swimsuits in the clubhouse. No pets, glass or food is allowed in the pool area. WATER USE: Due to State limitations on the use of water, no sprinkling, washing of cars or more than one washing of your unit per season. A charge of $25 for extra water will be charged unless your unit is washed by a professional using a self- contained water source.

SEWER: Only human waste and 1-ply toilet paper should be placed in any toilet including your own. Sewer donuts or equivalent seal are required on all units. Do NOT place the sewer hose directly into the sewer connection. Do not use rocks, boards, tape, etc. to hold the hose in place.

TRASH: Deposit trash at the dumpsters in the parking lot at the Park entrance — there is no on-site trash pickup. Permission is required to dispose of larger items including furniture at an additional fee of $35 per item. Do not leave trash outside the dumpster.

CLEANLINESS: Lots must be kept neat and free of clutter at all times. No messy maintenance, oil changes or mechanical repairs on vehicles are allowed on site. The Park is subject to county inspection for safety and health reasons. It a fine occurs, you will be charged accordingly and may be asked to vacate the premises.
