All rates include water, electric, sewer, taxes and Wi-Fi. Sites are designed for 2 adults, 1 RV and 1 motor vehicle. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the designated overflow lot and may be subject to a fee. All rates are based on two-person occupancy. There is an additional fee of $5.00 per person per day. Other fees may apply - please refer to the Park office. No refunds for early departures. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Special 6-month Rate
Stay all 6 months during the winter season and pay only $1025 per month.*
*Valid for November 1st through April 30th only. Must stay full 6 months to receive discount
or will be charged difference between discount and regular rate.
A security deposit is required at check in for all stays of 6 months or longer. The security deposit is fully refundable within 15 days of check-out upon management inspection to ensure the site's return to original condition, including removal of personal belongings, no damage to site hookups, return of the gate remote and payment of any outstanding fees.

*Cancellation requests made less than 15 days in advance of arrival for a reservation of one or more months during the Summer Season will forfeit the entire deposit.

All reservations are subject to a fee for any loss, damage or clean up required to return the site to its original condition.
We cannot guarantee specific sites. We will do our best to accommodate your request but reserve the right to change a reservation site at our discretion.
Limited storage spaces are available for rent for Guests only - $145/month plus tax.

Discounts cannot be combined. Passport America discount is not valid December 1st thru May 1st and is valid for 5 nights max. Military and ARVC members receive a 10% discount valid for 5 nights max.
